16oz tallboy can courtesy of JayO'Rear, canned on March 11, 2021 per the stamp on the bottom of the can. Wanted to split this with friends but my main beer buddy, Mark, is not only openly hostile to hazies, but he's also currently having to isolate after getting the 'rona (he's asymptomatic). Anyway, figured I shouldn't sleep on a Trillium IIIPA for much longer, as they don't grow on trees around here.
Poured into the glass, this was a pale, almost milky-looking opaque shade if yellow. If it wasn't a hazy, and such a look was to be expected, this beer might actually appear terrifyingly sickly. Decent sized head for a beer this strong. Not much lace.
Sweet, fruity, juicy nose.
Joozebomb it is. Citrusy, but also similar to some stone fruits of the lighter kind. Especially sweet on the back end, almost too sweet for me.
Medium bodied, with a slightly oily mouthfeel.
Whoa! This starts off sweet and fruity, but the high abv emerges a bit as it warms. It's not exactly "hot," but I'm glad to not be drinking a bomber's worth. My biggest complaint is the sweetness, which is a personal preference thing. A number of years ago my palate changed toward a general preference towards savory over sweet. I know a lot of folks who'd see that sweetness as a strength rather than a weakness, however. Thanks, Jay!

Streets on Streets pours the juiciest of juice bombs I ever had the pleasure to pour. Literally like juice almost peach like. The date is there but undecipherable. Not much head either. The aroma is juicy rich, slightly hoppy and sweet. Taste is slightly sweet and a monster juice, creamy smooth. Like a blend of mango, peach, pineapple and a hint of hoppy bitterness. It reminds me of the TIPAs my local brewers are turning out and considering that, I believe this beer is outstanding.
Special Thanks to @TastersChoice62 for sharing this most excellent brew. Trillium is as good as I have imagined. Grateful Texan thanks you for sharing. Much love Larry B.

16oz can.
Pours murky gold with an inch of white fluff. Minimal retention or lacing. Pungent stonefruit in the nose with boozy peach, pineapple, white grapes, and grapefruit. Medium bodied with a slickish, tacky mouthfeel. A wall of hops on the palate with a solid bitterness and some balancing malt. Grapefruit, peach, pineapple, and mango. Finishes boozy with some mild throat burn.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased at Trillium Brewing Company, Boston, MA
Served in a tulip
Cloudy, burnished orangey-yellow appearance. This looked a lot like a glass of peach nectar. The liquid was topped by a thin, frothy, cream colored crown that fell to a lasting collar. Some streaky, patchy lacing stuck along the glass.
The aroma was hoppy and fruit forward but lacked some “pop” initially. Like the appearance, peach nectar came to mind. Perhaps some apricot too. Quite sweet for the style. Citrus was also apparent. Juicy orange and tangerine notes specifically. Pineapple was noticeable as well. Hint of booziness. The nose intensified as the beer warmed. Citrus peel appeared. The pineapple came forth too.
The flavor was similar to the nose but perhaps more citrus forward. Big orange, tangerine and clementine presence. Juicy and sweet but also tart and tangy. The beer was anchored by a rich malt backbone. Pineapple came through in the center. More citrus and citrus rind on the back end. The beer finished with a pithy, resiny, citrusy bitterness, some yeasty notes and a big boozy kick.
The mouthfeel was definitely the most impressive aspect of the beer. Full bodied for the style. Rich, creamy and almost a touch syrupy. The liquid contained a super fine and spritzy (yet gentle) effervescence that fluffed up beautifully on the palate.
Streets on Streets wades into saccharine sweet TIPA territory but stops short of going full on. I definitely enjoyed this beer, but a few cans of it were more than enough for me.
