330 ml bottle poured into a chalice.
Pours a hazy straw color with a solid 2 fingers of sudsy white head. Has very good retention with minimal sticky lacing. The head doesn't even settle, it just sits there on top of the beer like a jerk.
The aroma brings quite a bit of tart lemon and green apples, with some light peach and honey. There's plenty of hay and barnyard funk on the back.
The flavor starts off with hay and grass, followed by a wave of citrus. The biscuity malt comes through before a subtle, peppery finish.
The feel is light-bodied with effervescent carbonation. Crisp and refreshing and very easy to drink.
Overall, this is a very good wild ale. It's not going to attract the sour bois or stand out within the style, but it's nicely balanced and drinkable as all hell.

Solid 4 no more. Hay, funk, tart lemons with a quick clean finish.
