Appearance: Dense, opaque orange amber...like I could find dinosaur DNA in here
Aroma: Mmmm, tart. Fruity, sour. Excited for this one.
Taste: Surprisingly mild. 'Purple' taste. Balanced acidity. A beer that asks you to slow down and enjoy it
Mouthfeel: Good. Maybe a bit light. Very drinkable. Definitely on the light side
Overall: Fantastic. Would definitely buy and drink this again. Could have more funk, but that would likely come with age.
This is definitely a beer someone could start a cellar around.

Copenhagen 26/9 2022. 35,5 cl bottle from Mikkeller web-shop. Drawing of a cluster of dark grapes on the off-white label. Pours unclear aber with mid-sized white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet fruity odor mingling with a stronger dry, tart scent with touch of funk. Sweet blackberries. Tart sour dark grapes, chalk and sour cheese. Dry vibe.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling, almost fizzy texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a little watery. Lingers for a bit.Finish is dry.
Pleasant dry Grape jam from Trillium.

A 330ml bottle, bottled on 21st January 2020. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A slightly hazy copper amber colour with a two finger white head that dissipated fairly quickly to a ring around the glass, while leaving some lacing.
Aroma: Tart, bubblegum grape, mixed berries, oak, with some light funk.
Taste: Sour, tart, bubblegum grape, oak, raspberry, blueberry, with light funky notes.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with high prickly carbonation.
Overall: Enjoyable aroma and flavours as I love bubblegum grape, but the high prickly carbonation was distracting as the mouthfeel was a little uncomfortable.

De Beer Republic. En copa Teku. Programando Gestorred. Sabor y aroma a uva de lo más natural que he probado nunca en una birra con acidez muy comedida que la hace muy fácil de beber. Sequedad que recuerda a un cava. 0 espuma

330ml bottle dated 21/Jan/2020
Pours a beautiful scarlet orange tinged red with moderate haze particles and vibrant bubble racing carbonation, with a small frothy white foam head that reduces to a ring around the glass that eventually dissipates. The last pour from the bottom brings out a more cloudy looking haze. Smells great, like a sweet Concord grape jam, jelly, natural and juicy, fresh sweet black grapes, some oak barrel, toasty hay, straw, slight barnyard funk and farmhouse complexities, hint of peppercorn spice, bready malt, almost like a dessert wine or ice wine, sweet fruity, concentrated, jammy, berries, mild earthy dusty hop notes, real nice, I could smell this for days. Tastes very tart and bracingly acidic, sour Concord grape candy, sweet dark grape flesh, juicy tannic skins, a bit vinous and cider-esque, tart, dry, fruity with a hint of sweetness, some bready malt, oak barrel, toasty hay, straw, peppercorn, slight barnyardy farmhouse funk, with mild earthy herbal dusty hop notes. Feels medium bodied, fairly rounded, dry, crisp with moderate high carbonation. Overall a really nice barrel-fermented wild ale with Concord grapes.
