Drank from a 1 pint can purchased at Trillium Brewing Company, Boston, MA
Canned on 07/19/21
Served in a tulip
Solid appearance. The beer poured a viscous and completely opaque, deep plum hue and was topped by a frothy, finger-tall, light magenta crown. The head quickly dropped to a quarter sized mass of froth. Minimal spotty lacing stuck along the glass.
Really impressive aroma. Berry notes dominated. Blackberry was most prominent. Sweet, juicy, freshly picked blackberries came to mind. Bright raspberry notes were detectable as well. Perhaps some cherry as well. I definitely did not pick up any plum however.
The berry notes were just as punchy in the flavor profile. Raspberry seemed to come through strongest here. Really fresh and bright but also fairly tart. Blackberry was noticeable as well. Some crisp lemony notes appeared in the center. More berry-like tartness and acidity on the back end and the finish. Raspberry notes lingered after the swallow.
Excellent rich, creamy mouthfeel. Full bodied for the style and somewhat smoothie-like. The liquid contained a fine, fairly zippy effervescence that turned fluffy and smooth on the palate.
Trillium’s Daily Servings are always impressive, and this Blackberry, Plum and Raspberry variant was no different. Of all the breweries out there doing fruited sours, Trillium seem to be a leader in capturing the purest expressions of their fruit additions.

16 oz can, sent by EV-da-m-AN, into Bearded Iris Stemmie.
Canned 7/19/21.
Pours a thick soupy purple liquid, easily the thickest Trillium I've seen, with a 1 finger head of burgundy that recedes to a fingernail and then nothing. There's some junk on the sides of the glass that almost looks like alcohol legs but is indeed some puree residue.
Aroma of golden plum flesh, just tons of plum, with the tartness of blackberry and the sweetness of raspberry. It's very naked and very natural. So much fruit here, it's barely distinguishable from smelling actual chopped fruit. Just a super nose.
Flavor is like a plum-blackberry-raspberry hard candy. That's the best way I can describe it. Kinda has that Grape Lifesavers thing going on in a big way on the finish. Not entirely my thing, but it is very tasty. Mild pucker, moderate to high acidity. Good amount of candy sweetness without going overboard.
Feel is slick, thick, mildly puckering, highly acidic, moderately carbonated. No alcohol heat. Nearly soupy/chunky. Definitely a different take on a Trillium sour.
Overall, it reminds me a bit of a Drekker sour - but with less junk, and a softer, cleaner execution. It's chunky to be sure, and it isn't quite there as far as other Daily/Twice Daily beers are concerned. The candy aspect is a bit strange to me. Still enjoyable in a grape candy sense though, and that nose was something else.

The most intensely fruity beer I've ever tasted. Lindemann's on steroids! And yet, though it looks like fruit juice, or even fruit sauce, it's still most definitely a well-balanced beer. All the flavors come through.

Sweet and tart, blackberry jam, and hint of berry-stonefruit nose on this one! Taste follows with tart berry-plum upfront and then a nice kick of blackberry sweetness on the finish. This is nice and balanced between the sweet and tart notes of the fruits...and has a nice mouthfeel...good stuff!
