A- Pours from the tallboy into a becher glass with a cloudy golden yellow body. The head rises up to a half finger high with fair retention before dying out to a small ring around the edges. Rare spotty lacing.
S- Peach greek yogurt is the biggest thing that comes to mind when the bacterial sour ferment and the fruits combine. Distinct lactic yogurty aroma. The peach and the mango both are fairly distinct with a strong stone fruit vibe throughout, flesh and pit. Dried apricot comes to mind. Hints of crackers and whole grain bread.
T- A bit less of the yogurt vibe here but it is still apparent as the lactic ferment and the fruits combined reminds me of that Chobani peach cup. Stone fruits, flesh, skin and all fill up the taste buds with peach coming on a bit stronger than the mango. Sourness is on the lighter side. The finish brings some raw lactic and whole grains that reminds you of the style.
MF- Very fluffy and light on the palate but not without a nice puffy texture. Light bodied overall. Carbonation is at a medium level and it ends tart.
Definitely grew on me after the first can I had and a tiny bit of time in the fridge. You get a nice Berliner base with plenty of peach and mango flavor.

Ripe sweet peach, fresh mango, lemony citrus, wheaty bready graham crackery malts, mild hint of hops, smooth, medium fuller bodied, creamy with moderate low carbonation.

This Berliner Weisse was boldly fruit forward which is usually not my style. However, it was delicious, because its flavors were so true to naturally ripe peaches and mangoes. If you like peaches and mangoes, but don't usually like fruit beers, there is a good chance you will still enjoy this beer.
