A- Slender 330ml bottle pours a fairly hazy golden yellow beer into a goblet. The head on the beer is a thick and creamy white foam that ascends to a finger high with great retention. Lacing starts with thick blankets and continues with spots below that.
S- Bright and funky with a suggestion towards a strong acidity. Fruity notes of lemon, nectarine, apricot and sour stone fruits off the top with barnyard, horsefunk, vinous sour grape, sulfury minerals and hay rounding it out.
T- A strong gripping sourness starts things out and again the beer opens with a lot of fruity character in the foreground. Nectarine, apricot, strong lemons and sour grapes. Rather funky with a mostly lactic sourness but slight acetic as well. The barnyard, horsey, cherry Bretty and sulfury feel of young, unblended lambic comes to mind and that is great news considering the pricepoint and accessibility of this series. Ripe and tart stone fruit notes linger into the aftertase.
MF- Puffy is the first thing that comes to mind for me and the brew has a fairly high level of carbonation. Really smooth and creamy for this type of beer and it just feels great on the palate. Finishes with a strong sourness.
So far I am beyond impressed with this series, the pasture series, from Trillium. Considering I will soon be much closer to the brewery, the $4 bottles of wild ale is something I hope continues well into the future.

Poured from a bottle into a Teku glass. Slightly hazy, pale yellow in appearance, decent effervescence. Scents of Meyer lemon, oak, and funkiness. Flavors much of the same - lemon zest, barnyard funk, and some sourdough roll. Light body and mouthfeel. Some lingering sour notes. Decent beer, not my favorite from the pasture series so far, but nice and refreshing and certainly enjoyable.
