A Belgian Holiday Golden Ale, Cadeau is our gift to the season. Pouring golden with a light haze, it enchants with fragrant aromatics of pear, apple, and a hint of white pepper. The bright, effervescent palate is elegantly balanced with subtle spice notes, and light hoppiness.

330ml bottle served in a tulip. Pours a translucent golden hue with a rocky, four-finger, bright white head. Nose reveals notes of Belgian yeast and coriander. Taste follows nose. Flavor profile is spot on for the style. Mouthfeel is light and bright with an overly assertive carbonation. Overall, well-crafted and stacks up with a BSPA from Belgium.

Pours foggy hazy pale yellow gold with a dense creamy frothy white foam head. Smells like orchard fruit, banana, apple, pear, apricot, some lemony citrus, subtle coconut, honey, some light malty grains, white pepper, mild spice, and floral earthy herbal grass. Tastes bright and zippy, lively with zesty lemon notes, some banana, apple, pear, apricot, honey, pale malts, white peppercorn, spice, and floral earthy herbal grassy hops. Feels medium plus bodied, crisp and creamy with smooth moderate carbonation. Overall a nice Belgian pale strong holiday ale.

375ml bottle.
Pours clear gold with a two inch head of whipped white. Retention is persistent with plenty of tattered lacework. Pungent phenols and spice. Cloves, apple bubblegum and a hint of coriander. Light bodied with a crisp, effervescent mouthfeel. Clove-studded apples drizzled with honey on the palate. Finishes fairly dry with lingering spicy Belgian character.
