For this special collaboration, we were joined by Jim Crooks, master blender at Firestone Walker Barrelworks. Grenache Noir grapes from Black Oak Vineyard were foot crushed then blended and refermented in stainless steel with a three year blend of spontaneous ale.

Hazy clean yellow gold appearance with a soft white film and collar of head. Peach, plum, mild pleasant tart/funk. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Lovely.
