a: rich mahogany and cherry color with a hint of dark amber and ruby red. 1.5 finger bubbly off-white head
s: toasted malts and brown sugar. crackers, generic earthy herbal hops. grass, grains, and some honey crackers. really nice aroma
t: starts with some slightly sweet toasted malts, immediately followed by some faint brown sugar. earthy hops offer a faint bitterness to counteract the sweetness. sweet grains and grass. a touch of something woody with just the faintest tea leaf bitterness...just a kiss. crackers and a big bready malty backbone
m: full mouthfeel with moderate carbonation
o: really excellent representation of the style. smooth and balanced. easy to drink and delicious
