Nose brings lots of funk, souring bacteria with some tart acidity, pedio like funk, with some barnyard Brett, a bit of horse blanket, gristy wheat farmhouse characters, musty earthy and fruity red wine, grape skin,

Taste brings more funk up front, Brett barnyard and a touch of horse blanket funk, souring bacteria and big acidity possibly lactic and acetic, fruity as well with some berry characters and musty grape skin, a bit of earthy dark red wine in the background, some doughy gristy wheat base, finishes flemmy quite tart and acidic

Mouth is med bod, very high distractingly effervescent carb, very high acidity and flemmy feel

Overall pretty good, nice fruit and general base beer, although gets way too acidic
