Pours a milky orange with a 1 1/2F head and heavy lacing.
Smells of slightly dank, slightly minerally hops and sweet fruit.
Tastes of lightly tart grapefruit, orange, mango, honey dew melon and grapes with a lightly bitter, boozy warm finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Lightly syrupy, smooth mouthfeel.
This is a very tasty, very complex juicy brew.

a stunner here, and sick to have some trillium draft out in the wild! done with garage project (not to be confused with the swill the kelce brothers are peddling) and featuring some epic nelson and motueka hops, about as good as it gets from these varietals here, and the saturation point is high, right at the max out point, this is robust as heck without really getting into that vegetal burning space, which i always find detrimental to the parts of the hops i want in the beer, so this is cut off at just the right moment of intensity i think. pretty thick and dense, creamy off white headed, fizzy and lively, very pale as well. aroma and flavor of fresh kiwi fruit, green melon, almost ripe pear, white florals, waxy raw clover honey, and to me some soft vanilla. it doesnt present as bitter, it changes a lot from start to finish, its herbal and fresh, oily but short of that dank space, its a little softer overall, and the grain base is spot on for this both in terms of staying dry, being supportive in terms of structure but not really interfering in the flavor of the hops, light cereals on the palate, a little starchy heft, maybe some higher protein stuff in here, pretty fluffy and full at the same time. the hop combination and quality and dosing are all brilliant in this, faint coconut, green apple, chardonnay, and hemp. overall really compelling, not boozy to me but with a lot of body, sort of a little goes a long way kind of thing, cant have a ton of it, i think a beer quick to fatigue the palate too, but a louder expression of these hops than i have really known before, and i get why this is special. in addition to the rare factor of drinking this in the west, its also really good...

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a very attractive hazy yellow with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves thin sparkles of lace with nice retention. 4.75
Aroma huge honey dew melon, guava, peach, white grapes, and apricot. 4
Taste follows honey dew, peach, white grapes, guava, and apricot. 4.25
Mouthfeel is big, soft carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 8% it drinks slightly bigger, but still easy going down. 4.5
Overall this is unique and stands out. Extremely attractive with a killer body, but some bold and at times unusual flavors and that I like. 4.25

The beer pours a nice white and creamy head that dissipates fairly quickly. The beer itself is a cloudy orange and yellow color that looks very nice.
The beer smell is delicious. It has a nice orange and mango and a hint of cream.
The taste is pretty good. It mainly has an orange and light grapefruit note with a mango finish.
The feel is good. It has a heavy body and a very creamy body with tingling carbonation. It also has a slight acidic feel too.
Overall, this is a pretty good beer worth getting. It has a nice texture and the flavors are pretty good too.

Picked-up a four-pack of cans at Curtis Liquors in Cohasset for about twenty one dollars. My sixty first brew from these guys. Canned on date of 11/17/23. Very nice.
