Brewed in collaboration with Weldwerks Brewing - this stout is conditioned on a blend of coconut, vanilla, and Tzeltal Tzotzil Coffee from Barrington Coffee Roasting Company. Alongside this release we're selling bags of Tzeltal Tzotzil Coffee, which is a dark roast of a bean grown in Chiapas, Mexico that features notes of chocolate, orange, and spice.

A thick oily black pour with hardly a trace of carbonation. The smell is dark bakers chocolate, charred marshmallow, vanilla. Tastes much like the smell along with some bourbon and wood in the finish. A super thick oily feel with a little warmth.
Not real familiar with Trillium stouts but I've had a bunch of Medianoche and this one follows the formula. Kudos to both breweries for this delicious dessert collaboration!

Bottle. Tan head that fades. Thick, motor oil black color.
Char, coffee, fudge, bourbon. Cocoa, vanilla, cake batter. Wet oak, tobacco, molasses. Don’t really pick up a ton of coconut. Very warming. Lots of barrel. Leather. Love the coffee with the char. Delicious.

Pours dark black with a dense creamy brown foam head. Smells like roasty coffee, creamy vanilla, fresh coconut, rich dark chocolate, caramel, maple, toffee, brown sugar, toasted malts, hints of nutty marzipan, oaky bourbon barrel, with mild earthy hops. Tastes like sweet coconut, roasted coffee, fresh vanilla, rich dark chocolate, maple, creamy caramel, marshmallows, brown sugar, toffee, toasted malts, nutty marzipan, oaky bourbon barrel, with mild earthy hops. Feels medium-full bodied, thick, smooth and creamy with moderate low carbonation. Overall a really great barrel aged imperial stout with coffee, coconut and vanilla.
