500ml bottle
Pours a cloudy hazy amber orange with a dense creamy lasting white foam head. Smells like hay, oak barrel, barnyard funk, horseblanket, lemon, apricot, vinegar, earthy herbs, dusty floral grass, some bready wheat, wildflowers, and citrusy esters. Tastes real tart and sour, acetic with notes of toasty hay, earthy herbs, woody oak, dusty floral grass, horseblanket, barnyard funk, preserved lemon, apricot, bready wheat malts, citrusy esters and wildflowers. Feels medium plus bodied, creamy smooth with moderate carbonation. Overall a real nice spontaneously fermented wild ale blend.

From 500ml bottle from Fenway location. Pours a nice translucent golden amber, 2-3 finger head before dissipating to a thin lingering layer. Nose is very citrussy, lemon, orange peel with a bit of funk. Medium bodied on the palate, moderately carbonated, very pleasant. Tastes slightly tart and strongly of citrus, lemon. Aftertaste is light funk, yogurt, almost peanut-y with notes of white grape. Overall, very tasty and will be picking up another bottle.
