Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Tropical and stone fruit, blueberry manages to stand out, plus a hint of melon, ripe citrus, resinous slightly spicy pine, light floral notes, faint earthy undertones, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, mango, guava, blueberry, passion fruit, and a touch of melon, citrus, orange and lemon lime, herbal pine, subtle earthy and floral notes, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness, with just a touch of alcohol poking through as it warms.
M: On the full end of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate,
O: Hard to not make a tasty beer with Galaxy and Mosaic. My only gripe is it drinks like it's a bit bigger than 8%.

Drank from a 1 pint can purchased at Trillium Brewing Company, Boston, MA
04/29/24
Served in a tulip
Cloudy, pale yellow ochre appearance. The body was topped by a fluffy, finger-tall, bright white crown that quickly dropped to swirls atop the liquid and a medium-sized, lasting collar. Spotty, streaky lacing trickled down the glass.
The aroma was outstanding. Super dank and juicy. Mosaic hops came through big time. Loads of fresh, sticky cannabis. Overripe mango and passion fruit were also quite prominent. Bit of white grapefruit too. A floral, honeysuckle-like quality was detectable as well. The grapefruit intensified as the beer warmed.
The flavor profile was similar to the nose but perhaps a bit more straightforward. Mosaic hops again came through strong but were balanced by the juicy, citrus-forward notes of the Galaxy hops. Nice sweet, somewhat floral, honey-like quality up front. Lots of musty, skunky dankness as well. Juicy citrus notes took over as the beer moved along the palate. Sweet-tart tangerine initially, which transitioned to juicy white grapefruit on the back end. The finish was crisp and dry with a snappy, grapefruit rind-like bitterness.
Excellent soft, fluffy mouthfeel. Medium bodied for the style. The liquid contained a fine, zippy, effervescence that gave the beer a nice suppleness on the palate.
I am a huge fan of dank, Mosaic hop-forward beers, and few get much better than this one. While some might complain about Trillium being inconsistent lately, I would definitely put this beer right up there with some of their best hoppy beers to date.
