This IPA was brewed in collaboration with Messorem Brewing (Montreal, QC) and features a blend of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka hops. Featuring Heidelberg as the base malt, From the Top to the Bottom pours the color of light straw with a moderate haze. Notes of grapefruit, grape, and lime greet the nose, followed by a light sweetness and a moderate hop bitterness.

16 ounce can packaged 07/29/24.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 3/8 inch white head over a murky golden body with scant lacing.
Nose of citrus (orange, lime, lemon) and a bit of grape with slight tropical fruit as well.
Taste of sweet citrus, white grape, lemon, and lime. Finishing with very slight citrus pith bitterness.
Fairly good feel with near medium carbonation.
Overall, a tasty stab at a juicy New England IPA from Bahstin.
