This new pale ale was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Other Half Brewing (Brooklyn, NY) and Vitamin Sea Brewing (Weymouth, MA). Small Green Duck features a blend of Citra, Galaxy, and Rakau hops. The nose leads with balanced notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and stone fruit with a light-to-medium body and a moderate bitterness.

Pint pour from a tall can - this one is a pale (duh), hazy yellow. It's on the paler side but features a thick, frothy white head. Lacing all over. Fruity, hoppy smell; it's very tropical, featuring notes of pineapple, mango, orange, and the like. You can trick yourself into thinking there's coconut in there. The taste follows. It has a bitter front foot that is offset by the sweeter, fruity finish. Its body is on the lighter side but is quite carbonated, giving it a bubbly, acidic, mineral aftertaste. Softer mouthfeel.

The beer pours a nice and white creamy head that dissipates quickly while the beer itself is a hazy yellow with slight orange hues near the bottom of the glass.
The smell is pretty good. It's mostly a bitter tropical fruit note consisting of pine and orange with some light pineapple.
The taste is pretty. It is mostly a variety of bitter hops with different notes such as orange and pine notes that are followed by a sweet pineapple note in the finish.
The feel is pretty good. It's a light-medium beer with a bit of texture that makes it feel like juice. It has tingling carbonation and a bit acidic.
Overall, a pretty good pale ale worth getting.

Sweet tropical hoppy, a hint of pineapple, slightly malty, and a floral orange and earthy-citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a medium-bodied and spritzy, earthy hoppy and citrus bitter finish. Nice Pale Ale!
