At 12.2%, this imperial stout brings together roasted peanuts, cacao nibs, almonds, vanilla, and milk sugar, creating a rich, nutty profile that’s layered and complex. Each sip offers a velvety, full-bodied pour where creamy chocolate and vanilla aromas intertwine with deep notes of roasted nuts . Hints of caramel round out the experience with a touch of sweetness, while waves of decadent chocolate and nutty richness linger, making every sip as satisfying as the last. A luxurious stout with bold flavors and a smooth, lasting finish.

Pours inky black and settles onyx black in the glass with a sudsy mocha colored head that sizzles and dissipates quickly.
The nose features rich milk chocolate and vanilla, with roasty peanuts and a bit of booze, which portends good things, IMHO.
The booze is present on the taste, especially at the back of the palate, but it’s the balance of the rich milk chocolate and vanilla interplay with the roasty peanuts that are just a smidge salty that really elevates this beer. World class stuff.
The mouthfeel is big and creamy, perfect for this beer. Such a magnificent BA pastry stout.

Pours black with a quickly dissipating brown foam head. Smells like roasted peanuts, toasted almonds, vanilla cream, rich dark chocolate, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, bourbon oak barrel, with mild earthy hops. Tastes like rich dark chocolate, vanilla cream, marshmallow, roasted peanuts, toasted almonds, bourbon oak barrel, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, with mild earthy hops. Feels medium-full bodied, creamy and slick with smooth moderate low carbonation. Overall a really nice imperial pastry stout.
