Peacharine Fort Point puts the spotlight on New Zealand-grown Peacharine hops, known for their intensely juicy stone fruit aromatics and bright citrus complexity. This edition is overflowing with lush peach and ripe nectarine flavors, supported by a crisp citrus backbone. Vibrant notes of lime zest and delicate floral undertones add layers of depth, while a balanced medium bitterness and smooth, rounded mouthfeel make for an exceptionally drinkable experience.
Hops: Columbus [Kettle], Peacharine [Dry Hopped]
Malt: American 2 Row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Zesty citrus, a little resinous pine, ripe tropical and stone fruit, grassy, a touch floral, biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
T: Bright zesty citrus, lime, grapefruit and tangerine, ripe tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, passion fruit, mango, and pineapple, a little resinous pine, a bit grassy, light floral hints, biscuity malt and a little light caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate
O: Really fun Fort Point variant. If it really is just Columbus and Peacharine, they really pulled out a lot more citrus than I was expecting. Good stuff.

Picked up a single can at the Front Porch General Store in Ogunquit, Maine for about six dollars. Canned on date of 3/25/25. My eighty first brew from these guys. Solid.

16 oz. can dated 03/25/25
Pours cloudy opaque golden yellow orange with a dense creamy white foam head. Smells like zesty grapefruit, passionfruit, peach, lemony orange citrus, lime, tropical mango, pineapple, guava, nectarine, light toasty caramelized bready crackery malt, with floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Taste follows with moderate intensity, some candied stone fruit, fresh apricot, peach, nectarine, grapefruit, lemony orange citrus, lime, tropical mango, pineapple, passionfruit, guava, light toasty bready crackery malts, and floral earthy herbal grassy pine. Feels medium bodied, creamy and thick with smooth moderate low carbonation. Overall a real nice Peacharine dry hopped pale ale.
