Our Dashboard Series of West Coast IPAs shifts gears with its latest release, meet CJ.
Built for adventure and inspired by the bold utility of the classic Jeep CJ, this West Coast IPA blends Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops for a flavor profile that’s as dynamic as the ride itself. CJ pours a pale golden hue with a crisp body and lively carbonation, offering bright bursts of citrus and tropical fruit layered with pine, white grape, and stone fruit.
A clean malt base provides traction for a snappy, refreshing finish, perfect for wherever the trail (or tailgate) takes you.

Had this on 2025-07-28 from a fresh 16oz canned on 2025-06-27
Clear straw gold with a 1-finger head. Smells and tastes of pineapple, pine and floral. Mild bread crust. Soft feel and medium carbonation. Not overly bitter. A tasty but mild West Coast IPA. Although pricey, I'd get it again.

Pours a golden golden, not that increasingly pale stuff that seems to be more prevalent amongst these days' West Coast IPAs. The look of it is kind of where the glory ends. This suffers from an identity crisis. It is floral but a very restrained floral. It has some bitterness, but a it's just there. There's a little bit of fruit. It's not a classic West Coast with stickiness or pine. In creating something that's restrained in all ways, Trillium has created something that is pleasant enough, but just that. It's something to drink, there isn't anything that is cries enjoyment.
