Pours a milky orange with a 1F head and light lacing.
Smells of floral and piney hops with a lot of citrus and sweet fruit.
Tastes of slightly dank sweet grapefruit, maybe a bit of wheat tanginess and peach with a lightly bitter finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Smooth dry mouthfeel.
This is a very tasty, nicely balanced brew. Today's newer hop varieties contribute to new taste profiles. In this brew there is one that gives a new take on grapefruit which I enjoy.

On draught at Beer Study in Carrboro, NC. Served in a tulip glass. It pours an opaque, pale tangerine color with a modest milk-white head and soapy lacing. The fragrant, fruity smell includes lemon, tangerine, and peach. The peach notes are strong in the taste are well-balanced by the tartness of lemon and grapefruit. This ale is thick and creamy with moderate carbonation. And it doesn’t drink like 8.5% AVB. Overall, Scythe Practice is a tasty fruit bomb that is fun to drink.

Wow, pours the color of cloudy lemon juice.
Mild citrus aroma. Finely carbonated. Tingles on the tongue. Terrific Mouth feel and body.
A nice balance of juiciness and pithiness. The alcohol stays hidden.
A great, long-lasting aftertaste. I don't want it to stop, and it doesn't
I declare it delicious.
