Starts with a decent, large-bubble head. This fades quickly leaving a smattering of bubbles on the surface. No lace is left behind. Muddy, dirty gold color.
More subtle aroma than their typical offering. I pickup more pale malt than hop. Relatively dry.
Good carbonation with a neutral-to-lower body. The pale malt is brief and succumbs to the hop’s bitterness well before the swallow. The finish is for hop heads with a strong, near harsh fresh ground pepper bite. Long aftertaste.
