German Chocolate Cupcake is a new Imperial Stout we're releasing in collaboration with Angry Chair Brewing (Tampa, FL). Brewed with additions of coconut, Vanuatu vanilla, cacao, and milk sugar, German Chocolate Cupcake showcases aromas reminiscent of macaroon and cake frosting which are complemented by a full body and a moderate sweetness.

Pours black. Incredible deliciously sweet aroma. Lots of vanilla, chocolate & milk sugar with hints of caramel. Tastes follows nose but a tad bit stronger presence of the flavors. Dominated by the sweetness of the vanilla & chocolate and balanced with the milk sugar, brown sugar, and caramel. Tasting some of the icing flavor that i didn't smell. Mouthfeel is medium, bordering on full. Overall a really strong stout.

Pours black with a small brown foam head that dissipates over time. Smells like sweet toasty coconut, fresh vanilla beans, rich dark chocolate, milk sugars, some frosting, icing, chocolate cupcakes, caramel, toffee, brown sugar, subtle dried fruity notes, a hint of spice, and mild earthy hop. Tastes exquisite, dense, rich, sweet, dark, and balanced by all of the flavors together that do bring out some cupcakeiness, chocolate frosting, icing, dark chocolate cupcake dessert, toasty coconut, fresh vanilla beans, creamy milk sugar, hints of dried fruit, thick caramel, nutty toffee, brown sugar, subtle sweet spice, and mild earthy hop. Feels medium full bodied, creamy slick with smooth moderate low carbonation. Overall a really great imperial stout with coconut, cacao nibs, Vanuatu vanilla and milk sugar.
