Pours thick and oily, pitch black and coats the glass, no real head
Nose brings coconut and vanilla up front, very rich sweet vanilla, vanilla ice cream, some fresh coconut and a little toasted, just a touch of the base beer dark chocolate cocoa and roast,
Taste comes on very sweet, did not realize this is a pastry stout, sweet syrupy candy, caramelized sugars, plenty more vanilla and vanilla ice cream, mild chocolate cocoa and roasted malts, plenty of coconut as well, candied coconut, light warming alcohol, fudge,
Mouth is fuller bod, very rich and sweet sticky, thick, lower carb, warming slight tingly booze
Overall bleh, I thought this was just an imp stout with coconut and vanilla, but this is liquid dessert, waaaaaaaay too sweet and very little actual beer left
