Text book Hefeweizen. Tons of banana clove and a little bit of bubble gum yeast flavor. The malt body is super clean and it’s not overly carbonated. It doesn’t really stand out, but I definitely Italy enjoyed it.

Aroma is wheat/grains and bubblegum/cloves. The flavor is light citrus, wheat/grains/malts, mild fruit and a mix of cloves, bubblegum and spices in the finish.

Look - hazy light yellow color
Smell - banana and slight clove
Taste - more banana than clove but really not to strong of each, does have that wheat taste. Taste like a wheat ale with some slight hefe German yeast
Feel - medium body and carb
Overall - not bad better than a lot of American hefes

Very light in the world of hefeweizens. It almost mimics a very mild sour weisse in both taste and feel. Needs a little heavier wheat presence to be a true hefe.
