With a striking copper color this Copper Ale is made with roasted millet for a malty, chocolaty, supremely drinkable beer.

I like to stay local with my purchases as much as possible, so I figured I'd give this a shot. I don't often buy 4-packs previously untried, and this exemplifies why. The color is a pretty copper; there is no head to speak of. The smell kind of gives away the taste... filtered coffee giving way to citrus. The taste has the citrus much more dominant, so the end result is grapefruit with a watery filtered coffee mouth feel. It's a shame that the three remaining bottles will be tossed, but this is just not palatable for me.
