An India Pale Ale by definition, the generous dry-hopping delivers abundant hop aroma and robust crisp hop flavor balanced by medium malt character. Bold and distinctive.

A: The beer is hazy orange amber in color and somewhat resembles apple cider when viewed from afar. It poured with a short off white head that died down, leaving lots of thin lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of apples are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having flavors of apples and notes of caramel and toffee malts. No bitterness is perceptible from the hops, but there seem to be enough to mask any sweetness and contribute hints of grassy and herbal flavors.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and yet a little thin with a moderate amount of carbonation. No crispness is perceptible.
O: This beer tastes a lot like Iron Horse's other two offerings—the Pale Ale and the IPA—in that the hops are very much muted.
