Big, bold and assertive flavor that delivers the anticipated character of the whole-cone Cascade and Bravo hops. Light-golden colored, easy drinking and smooth finish.

A: The beer is slightly hazy orange amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high light beige colored head that died down, leaving a large patch of bubbles on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of apples are present in the nose along with hints of caramel malts.
T: The taste is similar to the smell, having flavors of apples along with hints of caramel malts and citrusy hops. There is a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a slight amount of bitterness along with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer tastes a lot like the Iron Horse Pale Ale, except that that you can actually detect some of the hops in the taste.
