Northstar Light by Joseph Huber Brewing Co. pours a clear golden amber from a 12oz aluminum pop top can. Head of white foam went to over three fingers in my 16oz beer tumbler before going down to a full ring, islands of foam, with a small spots of lace.
Nose has a faint metallic note (yeast?) with CO2. Palate is a light bittered malt with the sting of carbonation
There is not a lot going on here... its an American Light Lager, Northstar Light doesn't taste bad, so I guess that is good. Northstar Light by Joseph Huber Brewing Co. can be found at Aldis for $4.99 a twelve pack.
