On tap at the Old Fashioned. I believe this is just a rebranding of Minhas' Huber Bock for the restaurant (a rebranding of a rebranding, apparently).

Served in a weird mason jar with a mug handle that says "Bock Me!" on it. Blech.

A. Pours cola brown with a spongy egg shell head.

S. Yeasty, dusty cocoa, mild grape, brown bread.

T. Dry bread, yeasty, light roast and nuttiness, slightly sweet multigrain, cocoa.

M. Light-bodied with light carbonation.

O. Not a bad bock - could use a little more heft and be a little less dry. Next time I'll ask for better glassware though.

Contract brewed for the Old Fashioned Restaurant in downtown Madison.

Baker’s Chocolate brown body with a thin off white and bubbly skim. Healthy carbonation. Aroma of hazelnut, walnut, chocolate, damp grain, and British hops. Taste is very nutty with plenty of chocolate and dark malt flavor. Light to medium body. Lots of carbonation. Very crisp and dry. Finnish is hopped like a dark mild. Not bad at all.
