Received this from a friend 12-30-22. Best by 7-14-23; reviewed 8-17-23.
Beer poured orange with a nice white head with the original pour.
Nose has a faint trace of citrus.
Taste is a light malt base that is a nice mix of pale and caramel malts. Hopping is cascade, which gives an actual touch of orange and grapefruit. Finishes with a light touch of tingly bitterness that is appropriate for the style.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and fairly refreshing.
Overall i am pleasantly surprised this was representative of the style.

This one was decent. Didn't get the off flavor. Looked nice light copper color with a thin foam on top. Some hippiness, no sweetness. On par for the style. Was fine with a meal.

12oz poured hard
on the pour three fingers of fine off white head form on top of a light amber, lightly hazy body. Head becomes foamy after a while and begins receding. There was an attempt at lacing.
The aroma is all funk here. Im coming to the conclusion that all these beers just have ridiculous DMS and residual sugar levels, because they all have a savory sweet thing going on, and in this one its pronounced. Coming through are some generic PNW style American hops.
Flavor follows the aroma with too much sweetness and that hint of wrong savoriness. Eventually there is a piney hop bitterness, but it fades before the sweet off aftertaste takes back over.
Feel is again dry up front but syrupy in the back of the throat causing the finish to last beyond its welcome. Not as bad as with flavored beers like the cranberry wheat.
Overall this beer has all the same problems as every other beer in the pack. This one isn't the worst, but that doesn't make it anywhere near one of the better ones.

12 oz can following a glass of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. This looks similar to the Sierra Pale Ale but with lower clarity. The smell and taste are quite different although not as far inferior as other Minhas Advent beers led me to expect. This is less clean, more grassy and earthy, much less harmonious, and ends with a far less pleasant aftertaste.

Clear amber color with a modest foamy white head that dissipates fairly quickly.
The aroma is very mild light caramel malt.
The taste is light caramel malt with herbal hops in the finish.
The body is light/medium, moderate carbonation, fairly smooth, very drinkable.
Altogether, this is a pretty decent pale ale, tasty and refreshing.
