Better than expected as I'm not a fan of the style to begin with. More malty than hoppy. Typical pale yellow color, pretty good carbonation. It's nothing remarkable, even forgettable but that is much better than remembering it as bad. It's ok!

Received a can from a friend 12-12-22.
Beer poured dark gold with a nice white head. Would expect this to be a very light SRM.
Nose is non-descript other than pale malts and not much else.
Taste is a light pale malt base with a touch of hops that balance it give some resemblance to a cerveza.
Mouthfeel is light and kind of refreshing.
Overall a lackluster version of a true Mexican lager.

12 oz can poured into a Belgian snifter where it displayed a clear orange-amber body. It had a decent white head.
This light, Mexican style beer is about average for the style, although I think the flavor may be a little more malt forward than usual. Cleaner than most of the other Minhas Advent beers I've had so far.

Poured from a 12oz can
On the pour a fine white 1 finger head forms on a clear dark gold body. Some lacing is left.
Aroma is light but stll carries that syrupy slightly savory funk. Smells more attenuated and lager like than the pilsner however.
Taste is verging on decent. A corny graininess is present that lightens things up quite nicely and this actually doesn't taste all that sweet. For being a "cerveza" this is pretty close to light adjunct lager, which is better than the trainwreck of the American Pilsner.
Feel is relatively light and passes for lighter lager.Finish is actually enjoyable, but right on the sip it can be a bit overbearing.
Overall this one actually surprised me by being halfway decent. I can actually taste the grain, and it's not coming off as all corn syrup.

Clear light amber color with a modest white head that recedes to just a ring fairly quickly.
The aroma is light malt, actually a bit like wet dog.
The taste is a bit better, definitely a bit of crackery malt, a bit of herbal hops in the finish.
The body is light, carbonation is moderate. Altogether, this is a decent but not great effort at Mexican style beer, not as tasty as the best, but not as watery as some either. Fairly refreshing when ice cold. A wedge of lime might help.
