Conceivably the worst beer I've ever consumed. Best served ice cold (or not at all?) with a shot of cheap bourbon to replace the awful aftertaste with another, less awful aftertaste. Yet another undrinkable beer from the Minhas "craft" brewery.

I bought this as a novelty, with very little expectations that it still didn't live up to.

Tastes sweet and fruity with a thick feel to it. Flat, with very little head.I couldn't even drink it. Stay clear of this one if you can.

I wouldn't drink another if it was free.

355ml can, a single from a random Liquor Depot outlet that had the good sense to drop a 15-pack on the concrete floor, more sense than me, apparently, but hey, it's only 2 bucks for a half hour of fun!

This beer pours a slightly murky, pale golden shower (no) piss (not that), uh, yellow colour, with one finger of loosely foamy, dirty white head, which leaves some broad swaths of specked lace around the glass as it duly recedes.

It smells of sweet, grainy corn, a touch of clumped, over-cooked rice, some restrained in their astringency (thanks be for small miracles) melted plastic notes, a deft nod to that cooked veggie Minhas sort-of trademark, and a further dead vegetation 'roundness', I suppose. The taste is super-sugary adjunct malt, additional simple sugar solution, a once again middling rotting veggie essence (come on, Minhas, where has your morbid game gone?), and some thankfully faint paint thinner.

The carbonation is very underwhelmingly flat, the body an actually medium weight, but almost wholly due to the sugary elements, so take that as you will, and smooth by the same measure. It finishes off-dry, off the charts, and me off my rocker.

A ridiculously over-sweet cheap-ass lager, but somehow we already knew that, eh? I cannot fathom drinking more than one of these, let alone the suggested serving size of 15, so maybe I'm the weak part here. Nah.
