Imperial stout aged in a single Mile High Wine & Spirits store pick Weller barrel. Look for huge vanilla from the barrel and soft, round chocolate from the beer amid oak quality that is second to none!

This one pours a very dark black color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like earthy vanilla, cookie dough, chocolate chip cookies, dark chocolate, oak, spice, milk chocolate, espresso, and caramel.
This is absolutely phenomenal stuff - truly, one of the best barrel aged stouts ever made. There's a vanilla/caramel/chocolate chip cookie bittersweetness that's just wonderful. There's lots of barrel - chocolate chunk, char, vanilla, spicy oak, and bourbon, etc. It feels like a chocolate chunk cookie dunked in bourbon and then dunked into espresso.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and with no booziness at all, with a really great drinkability.
This is utterly fantastic. This has some of most compelling barrel character I've ever encountered in this style.
