L:. Pours a slightly dull slightly opaque mahogany red with a fizzy pink head and no lacing.
S:. Some toasted caramel, notes of red wine, oak, sweet cherry, a bit of barrel funk, a lot going on here but it all works.
T:A touch of caramel and wood, notes of red wine, sweet cherry at the start a bit of tart cherry too, a nice hit of Brett funk.
F:. Higher carbonation, medium body.
O: Cherry always works well in sours and this one is no exception.
