16oz canned 10-13-21. Opened 1-22-22.
2+ finger head, dense with a fine bead. Excellent clarity and a little deeper gold than straw. Early, sticky lacing as the head recedes. Lots of active and visible carbonation. Great looking beer. Light sulfur, clay, and minerality with a spicy and herbal hop backing in the aroma. Delicious pilsner with a nice hop bitterness. Clean, light body, bright entry and crisp mouthfeel. Moderate bitterness with an early sweetness in a finish that ultimately dries out and leaves me ready for more. Outstanding.
