Gueuze-Inspired Golden Sour Blend
A blend of three moments in time from 2017, 2018 and 2019 captured and bottle conditioned since October 2019. Lemon sweetness on the front of the tongue meets drying acid with a touch of bitterness amongst brett funkiness from both of our house sour cultures. Oak tannins galore and pedio derived lactic acid mellowed by pronounced bitterness. Enjoy now or age for years to come.
