Clear and pale gold body; nice carbonation; thick, sudsy and rocky head, white and persistent. Lovely scent; a tad dank with some subtle esters for balance; somewhat floral and perfumy. Interesting taste; light and delicate malt backbone, soft yet bold hop bitterness; aromatic pungency. Crisp, sharp mouthfeel; medium bodied; a refined sharp dryness.
A different sort of pils, and in a good way. The beer brings an interesting blend of near west coast-style IPA / pilsner blend a nice overall balance of flavor and mouthfeel components. Dank, flowery, sharp, smooth. Yes, it's just that kind of a delicious beer.
ABV: 5.4%; pouring temperature: 48.8 °F; canning info: 08/25/25
