Collaboration with Beer Drop
West Coast IPA brewed and dry-hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, Michigan grown Chinook and Mosaic. Dripping with orange, sweet melon and dank notes. Pure hoppiness gives way to a clean biscuit like malt profile which is kept in check by a classic bitter and dry finish.

A: Brilliant gold with a white short lived head
S: hops, fruit, and resin
T: resinous west coast hops. Hoppy and smooth. Average dryness for a WCIPA.
M: Medium bodied
O: a solid west coast style IPA. Would be at home in a pub in Seattle or Yakama.
