Mindtrap IPA3 is a bitter, yet, well balanced west coast style IPA. It is mega hopped on both the bittering end and on the 2ndry end with Falconers Flight Hops, which is a PNW blend of low alpha acid hops. With only 5% of carmel malts added for a bit of balance, we want to show off the hop profile in this beer. The Mindtrap was a big hit at our first craft beer tasting festival. It will trap yo’ mind after a couple of them.

Very hoppy beer but doesn't have a strong small. Taste is what you want from a west coast style IPA, bitter without being overpowering.
