Poured from the tap at the Carolina Tap House in Charleston, SC. The appearance is a clear light amver color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet hops and malt.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Gene's Haufbrau, poured into a pint glass. Had a bright golden color and a clear consistency. there was a half inch of foamy head that lasted an average amount of time. Good lacing.
S: A good, if somewhat underwhelming aroma of hops, malt, and a light fruitiness.
T: Tasted of a lot of pale malt notes (not an overpowering presence), a little bit of citrus fruit (lemon, in particular), and a moderate, but balanced hops presence. Blonde ales typically don't have much complexity, and this beer is not different. Nonetheless, this is a decent, lightweight flavor.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a somewhat slick finish. Light-bodied.
O: This is an easy to drink beer that's good for the warm weather. Not perfect, but worth a look.

Golden in color as the name suggests. Almost no lace, moderately thick for a golden and smooth taste. Very likable, especially for a session type beer.
