Had at brewery on tap. Poured into a fluted glass whose mane escapes me.
Beautiful chestnut color with reddish hues in the light. Had a half inch foamy, tan head.
Malts and yeast hit the nose. Not much of anything else.
Malts are heavy on the taste. You also get hints of cereals, yeast, bread, dark fruits like fig and ends with sweet then slight floral from hops.
Medium body with great amount of carbonation. Nicely done.
Very decent brown ale. Good change of pace but I could only have a few of these before changing up to something else.
