Our brewer’s took a small amount of our Blast Off White IPA and aged it on coffee beans procured from our friends at the White Rose Coffee Shop in Lynn, MA. We selected beans from Ethiopa known for their “deep spice and blueberry with hints of lemon, a bright crisp acidity, and a floral aroma” which we think go very well with the bright citrus and rose blossom aromas provided by Falconer’s Flight and Mosaic hops

One of those "interesting in theory, not so good in reality" beers. Take an average IPA, add coffee. Tastes like what you'd expect - a weird mix of hops and coffee. I was hoping for something more subtle. Surprisingly , the beer is a pale, cloudy yellow.
