A world wide collaboration hosted by Other Half, Stout Collective and Craftpeak to support the enormous amount of hospitality workers laid off during this difficult time. We are donating 100% of our proceeds to the Restaurant Workers Community Foundation. We brewed this recipe with 2-row, oats and carapils and then hopped it with a beautiful blend of our hand selected Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe and Cascade. We intentionally kept the recipe simple so that every brewer that wants to do it can do it. Keep an eye out for versions from over 500 breweries worldwide all working to help others in need. Light pineapple color with a 3F head in a Spielgelau IPA.
Excellent head retention.
Citrus,orange and earthy.
The flavors greatly develop with warming.
Dry, hoppy finish.

Can poured in a teku
Three finger off white rocky foam cap , good retention , settles to a solid pencil thick layer , good lacings over a hazy orange liquid
Aroma is citrus orange, tropical fruit, candied fruit
Taste is tropical fruit
Low sudsing but fizzy , hop nibble nicely lingers
Good beer

Tastes great, pours great, didn’t really note a strong smell one way or the other. Very drinkable, felt smooth as hell and felt like you could have several in a row. Hope they keep making it. Found at Wine Connexion North Andover.
