Unusual approach to a NEIPA. Different fruit. Citrus, watermelon, strawberry and more. Really enjoy the beers from Bentwater. emerald spire and Michigan copper are interesting hops for brewing.

16oz. can served in my Von Trapp willibecker. Pours a dull, milky orange with a one-inch, loose, off-white head that sizzles and pops as it gradually recedes into a broken slick. Nose reveals hints of spice, mango, citrus and pith. Taste consistent with nose, albeit a bitter more muted and even. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an smooth, even carbonation and a slight creaminess to the texture. Overall, soft and drinkable.
