Pale beer with a fast-receding white head.
Agreeable herbal hop aroma.
Excellent balance of pale malt tastes & herbal, mildly bitter hops. Quaffable.

From a 16 oz. can sampled Sept 17, 2022.
Golden heady pour with lively carbonation. Good clarity.
Aroma of biscuit and grains, floral and grassy hops, and perhaps rice.
Light mouthfeel.
Sweet, bready taste. Clean and crips hop finish. It is a nicely done lager.

Picked up this 16 oz can today at the beer shop in Keene. Pouring a chilled can into a pint glass. the date stamp is clear and easy to read as part of the label. 3-01-2022 stamp, kudos for the clarity here.
Beer pours a bright clear golden hue with a slightly frothy bleached white head of 2 cm that fades to a clingy edge layer and some small surface wisps. There are several lazy streams of carbonation that rise to the surface, but do not replenish the head very well.
Aroma is mild and clean with some light grainy malt notes and some light biscuity notes mixing. I also get floral hops and a bit of grass mixing with lemon. The nose is complex and not robust, but works for the style and is appealing to me.
First sip reveals a light to medium body with very fine and tingly carbonation that tickles my palate on each sip.
Flavor is similar to the nose with some sweet bready and biscuity malts mixing with a bit of lemon and finishes crisp and dry with some grassy hops. Never any hint of the ABV.
This is an enjoyable clean lager that I bought on a whim, and Im glad I did. Second can will be nice during the impending heat wave.

Very tasty stuff here, haven't had enough of the style, but a touch more bitter finish and slight dry than my beloved helles style. If this is representative I'm a fan of Dortmunder. I'll post up a can pic and request an update for the listed style here. Tasty, bready, fresh. Happy purchase.

Looks: Bright and clear golden color, plenty of life, soft white airy foam cap. Looks very clean.
Nose: Full of sweet, bready, biscuity, buttery malty goodness. A strong aroma with a hint of herbal Noble hops too.
Feel: Clean with a medium to full roundness and very velvety smooth finish.
Flavor's: Malt! Lots of slick golden malted grains, butter, white bread, herbal hop balance and it really keeps going.
Overall: Big fan of this style, there simply is not enough of this stuff on the market these days. I love my big, hazy IPA's but this is a nice change of pace. I feel this is a quality version of a rather classic, and excellent style.
