Pronounced 'slawn-cha,' this is the Irish equivalent of "Cheers!" This medium-bodied stout has a creamy mouthfeel, depth of maltiness, and a clean, dry finish. Winner of the World Beer Cup Silver Award 2018

On tap at the brewery, served in a Rastal Craft Master One glass.
The beer pours very dark, almost black with a beautiful cascade effect. About two fingers worth of dense, tan, creamy head lingers throughout the duration of the beer. No visible lacing.
The aroma is somewhat muted, but I do get some roasted malts and chocolate. Clean and inviting.
The flavor is roasted malts and chocolate with a mild acidity. Medium bodied with a creamy, velvety nitrogenated mouth feel. Dry finish
Overall, this is a very good beer, and a great example of the style
