We brewed Friendshake in collaboration with our friends at Bellwoods Brewery in Toronto. Bellwoods have a long history of brewing excellent beers of all styles. Since we are big fans of their fruited IPAs we decided to take some tips from them to brew one together. Friendshake is an IPA with Bumbleberry & Vanilla; dry-hopped at our regular IPA hopping rate with hefty additions of raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, lactose, and Tahitian vanilla.

A-pour is pink from the can to a dark hazy pink in the glass with a small pinkish head , dissipating into a fine spotty lace ring along the tulip
S-hints of sweet vanilla
T-tart IPA , lots of bumble berries , almost sweet swallow
MF-mild carbonation , big medium body
Ov-definitely a Milkshake IPA , glad the category has been added

A very smooth IPA with lots of berry flavor the Vanilla is there in the background.
The lactose really makes a smooth finish.
