Cottontail is an IPA brewed with mostly Mosaic and a bit of Simcoe and Citra. This beer was designed specifically to showcase our current lot of Mosaic, which we are quite happy with.

Poured from a 473ml can.
A very tasty Hazy again from Superflux. People are saying this is a NEIPA but in my opinion it is really sitting on the line, just about there but still a big juicy hazy.
A nice choice of hops, AleManDan describes it well.

I am visiting Whistler Canada from Southern California and I can tell you one thing about this beer, it’s definitely a New England style hazy… Although it is listed as an American IPA.
Either way, it’s delicious! It has as a very soft, pillowy mouthfeel and tons of amazing hop taste, and aroma, you really get that mosaic or whatever they’re using…tons of dank, grassy, floral, stone fruits, but all mixed together into something delicious and it finishes somewhat medium-dry after a huge soft mouthfeel so that’s fun…makes you want to take another sip. I love this stuff. It reminds me of a Modern Times hazy actually (!).
