If you tried our DO NOT OBEY IPA collaboration with Szot, you may have noticed we also used some Amplifier Hop Oil in it. In DO NOT OBEY we added the oil towards the end of fermentation with the yeast still active, but for this IPA we added the oil to brite tank after chilling the beer.
The result is very aromatic, bright and fruity with an underlying dankness.
