Experimental IPA #56 is a West Coast IPA dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Centennial. We tried out a different base malt than we normally use to give a clean crackery grain character. We taste crisp notes of spruce, pomelo, and lemon zest with a balanced bitter backbone.
